Hot and dry weather conditions wereexperienced over most parts of the country although there was an improvement in cloudiness (especially in the mornings) during the second half of the review period.A comparison between the previous seven days (28^th January to 3^rd February, 2019) with the period under review (4^th to 10^thFebruary, 2019) indicates thatthe country remained mostly dry.
