Through the support of the Low Emission and Climate Resilient Development Programme, Kenya has developed an institutional arrangement framework that will facilitate a systematic, standardized process for the collection, assessment and sharing of activity data for the GHG inventory. The project will fund the development of the GHG regulations, which will be gazzeted to operationalize the framework.
